Can we do everything by phone (reservation and contract)?
Yes, you can reserve your unit and finalize your contract remotely. Nothing could be simpler!
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more. To ensure your safety, however, some products are strictly prohibited inside the units. The following items are not allowed inside the units: dangerous and/or illegal products, animals (alive or dead), perishable food outside of a hermetic container, radioactive products, and more. Discover the list of prohibited items.
What security measures are in place in the units?
In addition to the installations in place throughout our premises (automatic gate lock, access code, cameras), our units are equipped with an individual alarm. When you come to your unit, entering your personal code deactivates this alarm upon arrival and reactivates it upon departure.
Am I required to take out insurance for my storage unit?
Yes.
As with any real estate rental, you are required to take out an insurance policy.
You can take out insurance directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
If you prefer to use your own insurer, please contact them to ensure that they offer coverage for storage.
In either case, your monthly fee will vary depending on the declared value of the items you wish to store. Learn more about insurance here.
Can I buy moving boxes and supplies on site?
Yes. All of our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located in the Reception area. We offer all the packaging, protection, and boxes you need to move stress-free. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies on our website and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice whenever you want!

How do I cancel my contract?
Annexx contracts are without commitment!
You can cancel your contract without any departure fees whenever you want and easily.
