A storage unit is a room surrounded by walls, locked (with a padlock or lock) in which you can store your belongings. Whether it's for 1 month or 1 year, a storage unit can be used to store your belongings on all occasions and for as long as you want.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, in most centers. For extended access, please contact your advisor. Our reception areas are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:15pm to 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

Am I required to take out insurance for my storage unit?

As with any real estate rental, you are required to take out an insurance policy.
You can take out insurance directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
If you prefer to use your own insurer, please contact them to ensure that they offer coverage for storage.

What is the rental contract duration?
unit rental contracts have a one-month duration, tacitly renewable. There is no commitment period: you can cancel it at any time and without fees (only 15-day notice required).
