We are committed to providing the best service for your unit rental. To ensure the safety of your belongings and our customers, we use the best surveillance systems available. All equipment is checked daily by our on-site teams, and maintenance is provided by a self-storage expert.
To provide you with a clean and comfortable environment, our service providers ensure cleanliness, and our on-site team regularly performs inspections.
If you notice a cleanliness issue, please notify your center and specify the number of the nearest unit.
How do you manage rodents? Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What payment facilities are available?
To make your rent payments more comfortable, we offer a variety of accepted payment methods.
Reminder: When you plan to end your contract, please make sure to provide your 15-day notice before your desired move-out date.
