Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. You can use a padlock you already own or buy one at our moving supplies shop located at your Annexx center. You can choose between a keyed or combination padlock.
Can I change the size of my unit? Is it free?
It's completely free!
You can change your unit at any time for a smaller or larger space at no cost (subject to availability).
Your monthly fee will be automatically adjusted based on the size of your new storage unit.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
