Is a padlock included with the rental?
No, but when making your reservation, you can buy a padlock (€16.90) or rent one (€1.99/month).
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
