What documents are required to rent a unit?
To draw up your rental contract, you just need a valid ID and a credit card.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
