No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.

Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
Do I need to reserve my unit before renting it?
Not necessarily. However, we recommend reserving your chosen unit as soon as you decide to use our storage services. That way, you’ll ensure its availability on the day you actually need it.

A security deposit is required upon signing the contract. It corresponds to a minimum of one month's rent including all taxes. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your contract, provided that the storage unit is returned empty, clean and in good condition.
