Is everything included in the price (fees, deposit, etc.)?
Everything is included in your rental price. With Annexx, there are no surprises when paying your monthly fee, and our contracts are fee-free.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What payment facilities are available?
To make your rent payments more comfortable, we offer a variety of accepted payment methods.
Reminder: When you plan to end your contract, please make sure to provide your 15-day notice before your desired move-out date.
