Is a padlock included with the rental?
No, but when making your reservation, you can buy a padlock (€16.90) or rent one (€1.99/month).
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
