Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What measures are in place to ensure the security of Annexx Centers?

Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for coverage purposes) so that your items are properly insured in case of damage or loss. For more information, contact your specialized advisors.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What do I pay if I move out mid-month?
If your notice period ends between the 1st and 15th, your contract will end on the 15th of the following month. If it ends between the 16th and the last day of the month, your contract will end on the last day of the following month.
Don’t forget to notify your advisors at least 15 days before your desired move-out date to respect the notice period.
