To simplify your life, we offer the option to subscribe to specialized insurance when signing your contract. You will then have no additional steps to take.

What payment facilities are available?
To make the payment of your rent more comfortable, we allow you to choose from our many authorized payment methods. In addition, you have the option of prepaying your rent for up to 12 months.
Remember: When you wish to terminate your contract, remember to provide us with your notice at least 15 days before your departure date.
