Is the rate fixed or will it change if I don’t need it by the date I booked?
The reservation can be postponed (depending on availability). Your rate is guaranteed for one month. You can change your contract start date free of charge. Rates and promotions are guaranteed for 30 days from your booking date.
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can you help me with my move?
