To end your contract, you have several options:
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
