Can I change the size of my unit? Is it free?
It's completely free! You can change your unit size whenever you want for a smaller or larger space at no cost (subject to availability). The amount of your monthly rent will be automatically adjusted based on the size of your new storage space.
What security measures are in place in the units?
In addition to the installations in place throughout our premises (automatic gate lock, access code, cameras), our units are equipped with an individual alarm. When you come to your unit, entering your personal code deactivates this alarm upon arrival and reactivates it upon departure.
Do I need to declare the items I wish to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for insurance) so that your items are properly covered in case of damage. For any additional questions, please contact our specialized advisors.
Can I buy moving boxes and supplies on site?
Yes. All of our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located in the Reception area. We offer all the packaging, protection, and boxes you need to move stress-free. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies on our website and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice whenever you want!
Did you know? We've designed a list of necessary materials based on the amount of belongings you need to store (more info: How many boxes to plan for?).
What payment facilities are available?
To make the payment of your rent more comfortable, we allow you to choose from our many authorized payment methods. In addition, you have the option of prepaying your rent for up to 12 months.
Remember: When you wish to terminate your contract, remember to provide us with your notice at least 15 days before your departure date.
