What is the difference between the office and center opening hours?
During office hours, our advisors are on-site to assist you with storage space needs or your move. You can also buy boxes and packing materials during these hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; 1:15 p.m.–5:30 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.).
The center access hours refer to when you can visit your storage unit (your Annexx Center).
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more.
For your safety, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the units.

Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
