What is the difference between the office and center opening hours?
During office hours, our advisors are on-site to assist you with storage space needs or your move. You can also buy boxes and packing materials during these hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; 1:15 p.m.–5:30 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.).
The center access hours refer to when you can visit your storage unit (your Annexx Center).
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more.
For your safety, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the units.

How do you manage rodents? Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
