What is the difference between the office and center opening hours?
During office hours, our advisors are on-site to assist you with storage space needs or your move. You can also buy boxes and packing materials during these hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; 1:15 p.m.–5:30 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.).
The center access hours refer to when you can visit your storage unit (your Annexx Center).
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
I’m late on my rent payment, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. After that, and if more than six days late, late fees apply according to your contract's terms and conditions. In case of non-payment, access to your unit will be blocked.
If you experience delays or financial difficulties, contact your advisors.

The date of unit occupancy can be beyond these 30 days. Free reservation, modification and cancellation. No credit card number is required for a reservation. A security deposit is required upon signing the contract. It corresponds to a minimum of one month's rent including all taxes. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your contract, provided that the storage unit is returned empty, clean and in good condition.
