Is insurance mandatory?
Your belongings must be covered, just like with any property rental.
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
